TNAA Boost Pay offers an extra monetary incentive, every time you work extra hours over the amount agreed upon in your Prime contract. The best part? The payout is almost immediate! You will be rewarded for hours worked above and beyond your contractual obligation on your next weekly paycheck! No more waiting until the end of your contract to see if you qualify for a bonus (although we offer those, too). Work more, make more.
TNAA Boost Pay differs from, and is not to be confused with a standard overtime rate. You will still see an overtime rate in your pay package quotes, regardless if you take TNAA’s Prime or MaxCash pay package option. Many states begin overtime after 40 hours are worked in a standard work week, though some states vary. TNAA BoostPay begins once you’ve met the work week hours agreed to in your assignment contract. So, if you agree to work 36 hours in a week, TNAA Boost Pay will begin at hour 37. There are often times where TNAA Boost Pay may kick in before your overtime rate.
