The Benefits Specialist 1 processes enrollments, changes and terminations of participants in all benefit plans and programs, supports benefit claims issues or concerns, and open enrollment processes.
Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of one to two years of experience in customer service, benefits or related work experience is required. Word processing and spreadsheet software experience preferred. FileMaker or UltiPro experience is a plus but not required.
