Job Description

The Corporate Staffing Specialist is responsible for handling all aspects of talent sourcing and recruiting for the internal positions; and building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers, community organizations, and other recruiting sources. The Corporate Staffing Specialist is also responsible for developing new, creative recruiting ideas employing traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies, and utilizing approved venues to identify and recruit appropriate candidates to fill positions at all levels. The Corporate Staffing Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring TNAA hires the best possible talent for all open positions.

Some responsibilities of the Corporate Staffing Specialist are as follows:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including assisting managers to identify viable candidates, interview, selection, pre-employment, and on-boarding
  • Use traditional and non-traditional recruiting efforts to build a pool of both active and passive candidates
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions for internal positions
  • Research, advise, develop, maintain, and audit compensation packages and programs
  • Actively participate in the branding and improvement efforts of the HR programs and department as a whole

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of recruiting and human resources experience along with exceptional writing and communication skills, display strong organization skills, have strong PC skills, the ability to work independently with little supervision, be collaborative, and effectively prioritize multiple projects.

Hours
The work hours are Monday-Friday from 8-5, 830-530, or 9-6 with occasional weekends (advance notice will be provided).

Compensation
Compensation will depend on experience.
