Job Description

  • Improve financial results by analyzing performance, monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to management.
  • Work with leadership and strategic initiative teams to consolidate and analyze financial data on business opportunities.
  • Responsible for overall view and understanding of gross margin including, historical analysis, trending, and forecasting to allow the company to set client and nurse policy.
  • Utilize data warehouse and be a partner with IT in the advancement of the data warehouse and resulting reporting capabilities.
  • Develop sophisticated financial models, bench-marking and process analysis.
  • Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within a broad scope.
  • Analyze and compare pre and post project investment opportunities/results.
  • Support and work cross functionally with all TNAA departments.


Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related required. 1-3 years related experience required. Must be proficient in Excel, financial software applications and data analysis tools. Proven presentation, reporting and communication skills required. Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis. Well informed in current financial subjects and business environments. Tableau experience is a plus.

Must have the skill and ability to calculate, balance, and reconcile conflicting report information. Must have understanding of present value, cost of money, opportunity costs and ROI.

CPA or CMA certification preferred but not required.
