HR Assistant to VP of HR

The HR Assistant duties involve a wide range of administrative support to our VP of Human resources to include maintaining calendars, scheduling and coordinating meetings, corresponding on behalf of the VP of HR, triaging and organizing legal and grievance correspondences and documents, assisting with specialist projects, and providing backup support to the receptionist.

Candidates must have two to three years of experience along with exceptional writing and communication skills, display strong organization skills, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, have strong PC skills, the ability to work independently with little supervision, be collaborative, and effectively prioritize multiple projects. Dedication to supporting and improving all HR functions is necessary!

Full-time Monday – Friday, 9-6 with occasional weekends (advance notice will be provided)
