Travel Nurse Across America is looking for an energetic, progressive thinking, creative HR Assistant to join our HR Team.

The HR Assistant duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database to answering employee questions. An important part of this role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.

Some responsibilities of the HR Assistant are as follows:

  • Assist with recruiting, pre-employment, on-boarding, and termination processes
  • Update and maintain employee data base
  • Assist team and employees with insurance enrollments, questions, etc.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department
  • Participate in the administration of the Health & Wellness Program and any other HR programs
  • Provide daily assistance to the front desk and receptionist (closing office responsibilities and provide coverage to the front desk when needed)

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of general office or human resources experience along with exceptional writing and communication skills, display strong organization skills, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, have strong PC skills, the ability to work independently with little supervision, be collaborative, and effectively prioritize multiple projects. Dedication to supporting and improving all HR functions is necessary!

North Little Rock, AR

Hours
Monday-Friday from 9-6 with occasional weekends (advance notice will be provided)

Compensation
Dependent upon experience
