We are looking to add a HR Specialist 1 to the Human Resources team.

Job Description

The HR Specialist 1 duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department to include providing customer service support to administrative employees regarding insurance, benefits, policies, and procedures in addition to:

  • Assist with pre-employment, on-boarding, and termination processes
  • Update and maintain employee database
  • Complete VOE requests
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department
  • Participate in the administration of the Health & Wellness Program and any other HR programs
  • Assist the HR Director in various projects

Candidates must have a minimum of 1-year of general office or human resources experience along with exceptional writing and communication skills, display strong organization skills, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, have strong PC skills, the ability to work independently with little supervision, be collaborative, and effectively prioritize multiple projects. Professionalism, discretion, confidentiality and a positive attitude are absolute essentials of the position. Dedication to supporting and improving all HR functions is necessary!

Location
North Little Rock, AR

Hours
Monday-Friday from 8-5, 8:30-5:30, or 9-6 with occasional weekends (advance notice will be provided)

Salary
Starting compensation is within a predetermined, internal salary range and depends on qualifications and experience
