We are looking for a Receptionist! The Receptionist is responsible for supporting TNAA phone calls and visitors, mail (sorting and distribution), supply requests, and process vendor invoices along with additional clerical duties.
We are looking for a Receptionist! The Receptionist is responsible for supporting TNAA phone calls and visitors, mail (sorting and distribution), supply requests, and process vendor invoices along with additional clerical duties.

Duties Include:

  1. Perform “office opening”, “office closing”, and /or “office sweep” responsibilities: load and/or unload the dishwasher, setup and/or breakdown coffee service, clean breakroom surfaces and appliances, restock breakroom and bathroom items, check stock of drinks, check cleanliness and stock of conference rooms, etc.; clean breakroom refrigerators weekly
  2. Answer multiline phone system and direct calls
  3. Greet and direct visitors
  4. Maintain office supply inventory, budget, and receipt processes
  5. Review, approve, and submit office supply orders
  6. Research and complete Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) Program report
  7. Assist Marketing department with traveler new hire packets
  8. Sort and distribute office mail and coordinate the pickup and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  9. Maintain stock, organization, and cleanliness of the front desk area

Qualified candidates will have high school diploma or general education degree (GED); six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in an office preferred.

Hours
Monday-Friday 7:45 am – 4:45 pm
