About Kayla

Kayla Seigelstein holds a Bachelor of Science in Gerontology with a minor in Family Studies from Towson University and brings two years of healthcare recruiting experience to her role at TNAA. She’s a people person who loves building relationships and finding travelers their perfect job. For Kayla, recruitment is about trust—getting to know travelers on a personal level and helping them feel confident that she’s in their corner. The fast-paced, high-energy environment motivates her and knowing that no two days look the same keeps her excited to show up and make a difference.

Healthcare holds deep personal meaning for Kayla. After being diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease, she spent more than seven years receiving care from nurses and allied health professionals, and credits them with helping her regain her life. From the support of nurses to the physical therapist who helped her regain her mobility, their compassion and encouragement left a lasting impact. That experience is what brought her back to recruiting: to support the professionals who make a difference every day.

Outside of work, Kayla is making the most of her new home in Denver. You’ll find her hiking in the mountains, doing hot yoga, biking, traveling, exploring new cities, or taking long walks.
