You spend the majority of your time caring for others. But what happens when you’re the one in need of healthcare? That’s the question our Benefits Team continuously asks to ensure our benefits package is exactly what our travel nurses and allied travelers need.

Day-One Coverage

We offer everything you need, and then some. We offer our healthcare travelers and their qualified dependents multiple PPO plans through Cigna. They cover doctor visits, wellness exams, diagnostic tests, prescription medications, and hospitalizations from day one. Nationwide.

We believe in transparency. You can read our complete benefits guide, the same one we give all our healthcare travelers and corporate staff. Read about our options, from vision insurance to pet coverage. You can find it all here – from A to Z.

Benefits That Protect Your Pay

Our goal is to protect your income should something unfortunate happen with long-term disability, short-term disability, and even pet coverage. Traveling without your support network can be daunting, but TNAA’s easy-to-use insurance plans get you the care you need and 24/7 live support. Our Benefits Specialists are fluent in all things insurance and are dedicated to helping you find the right coverage for your lifestyle.

More Than Just Insurance

There may be times when life’s demands can affect your work, health, and family life — rest assured that TNAA is with you. Our Employee Assistance Program acts as a concierge for support, resources, and information. We want our healthcare travelers to be reassured, knowing they have access to confidential counseling provided at no charge. TNAA travelers have access to financial and legal experts, plus discounted services if they need additional assistance. Think of it as your helping hand to help you tackle everyday challenges, like finding childcare.

On-the-Job Injuries

Nurses and allied health professionals face a number of serious safety and health hazards while on the job. TNAA encourages safe working environments, but we know on the job injuries can occur, which is why we have a process in place for such occurrences.

Work-Related Injury

Quick reporting of any work-related injury is a contributing factor in your safe return to work, which is why TNAA utilizes Gallagher Bassett PC365. They are a triage service provided by TNAA’s workers’ compensation carrier, Gallagher Bassett, for on-the-job injury reporting that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
