Our Employee Assistance Program, available through ComPsych® GuidanceResources®, can help you navigate personal, professional, financial, familial, legal and substance abuse issues. It can also assist with simpler tasks, like moving or event planning. Below are all of the ways our Employee Assistance Program can benefit you.

TNAA’s Employee Assistance Services

Confidential Emotional Support – Our program gives you access to confidential assessments and short-term counseling for anxiety, depression, stress, life adjustments and relationship conflicts. Short-term counseling services include six free sessions per event per year. And, it’s okay to reach out for multiple events each year. When your sessions conclude, your clinician can connect you with a therapist who is covered under your insurance plan.

Work-Life Solutions – Specialists connect you with qualified referrals and resources for various services, including child and elder care, moving contractors, home repair contractors, pet care, event planning and more.

Legal Guidance – Through TNAA’s Employee Assistance Program, attorneys give practical guidance for pressing legal issues, such as divorce, adoption, family law, wills and trusts. If you need legal representation, the program offers a free 30-minute consultation and a reduction in attorney fees as well.

Financial Resources – Navigating your finances can sometimes feel overwhelming. Get expert advice on budgeting, getting out of debt, retirement planning, taxes, mortgages, bankruptcy and other financial topics.

Online Support – Need help quickly? You have a wealth of information at your fingertips through our Employee Assistance Program’s website or app. Access articles, podcasts, videos, slideshows and on-demand trainings online whenever you need them.
