Allied Referral Bonus Limited Time

Guidelines

• Travelers submitting a referral must be a current employee, be entered as a lead, or have completed a TNAA full application to be eligible for the referral bonus.
• Referred travelers must be new to TNAA (i.e., full application in our system), or be marked in TNAA’s system as a referral but have never booked an assignment, and must have submitted less than six months ago.
• If two candidates are applying with TNAA and referring one another, they cannot split the referral bonus. They will need to choose which traveler will receive the bonus.
• Referral bonuses are paid in one installment. $750 will be paid within 45-days from the referral’s first 30-days on assignment.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit, but you only get one bonus per traveler referred who books an assignment between 4/11/2022 – 6/30/2022.
• TNAA reserves the right to change these guidelines at any time.
