We hope that you have seen prior communication regarding TNAA’s new 401(k) recordkeeper, Voya. The switch from Principal to Voya is now complete and one that TNAA is very excited about, as it will offer all plan participants many new features that will improve the overall benefit.
We’re here to answer questions you might have about how to access your Voya retirement account and why we made the switch.
Voya, our new 401(k) recordkeeper, sent mail to your permanent home address that includes a PIN number to access your online account. This mail was sent out on Jan. 17, 2023.
However, we know travelers don’t visit their permanent homes often. So, we’re laying out all the options of how to access your account or your PIN.

Voya can assist with opening IRAs via the below website. This is a self-service product where individuals can open these accounts on their own, link their bank accounts to set up an auto draft, and purchase individual stocks, mutual funds, etc., via our brokerage system.

Scroll down and click on “Learn More” under “Compare IRA Products.” Then, you can scroll down to open an IRA.

Educational Sessions
Voya is holding sessions designed to help you enroll on its website or answer questions you might have about enrolling.
TNAA’s representative from Voya, Paul, will host these sessions via Zoom. The information is the same for each session, so you only need to attend one. There are several dates and times below, so you can choose the one that works best for you.

To access one of these Zoom sessions, contact your recruiter for the meeting link or check your inbox for an email from TNAA titled “401(k) Enrollment Sessions,” which will include the meeting link.
