We hope that you have seen prior communication regarding TNAA’s new 401(k) recordkeeper, Voya. The switch from Principal to Voya is now complete and one that TNAA is very excited about, as it will offer all plan participants many new features that will improve the overall benefit.

Voya is your best point of contact for information regarding your account. Call (800) 584-6001 and speak with a Customer Service Representative, available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET.
