#TNAAcares

#TNAAcares first launched as a show of support for healthcare workers, highlighting your resiliency in the pandemic. This year, we are expanding efforts as we bring together the TNAA community of travelers and internal employees to share stories, comfort, encouragement, and strength when our healthcare workers need it most.

Words of Strength

Showing support in a way that builds community feels needed now more than ever as the effects of the pandemic have grown considerably. We’re asking you to share that message of support by writing a letter of encouragement to healthcare workers. Words hold power, and your message can turn someone’s day around.

You're Appreciated.
You're Valued.

You're Truly Amazing.
We Couldn't Do This Without You.

Here to Help

TNAA offers a variety of mental wellness resources, many of which are free for you and your family to use (even without agency-provided insurance).

First Stop Health

First Stop Health, a free resource, connects you with a licensed counselor who can guide you through life’s stresses via phone or video call.

Chaplain Assistance Program

TNAA’s chaplain is a shoulder to lean on, a source of nondenominational spiritual care, or simply a listening ear.

Clinical Support

Our Clinical Services team is only a quick phone call, email, or text away to provide professional and emotional support.
