TotalMed and TNAA are now one company! While our companies merge, all future travel assignments will be managed through TNAA’s technology platform. Here's what you need to know.
If you’re on a current TotalMed assignment, you’ll finish it as usual through TotalMed’s platform.
In rare cases, a small number of clinicians may need to transition to TNAA during an assignment. If that applies to you, rest assured that we will reach out directly to guide you through the process.

Yes. You can continue using the TotalMed app to view past assignments and payroll documents.
You’ll complete your current assignment as usual through the TotalMed platform.
For example, you’ll continue to submit your timesheet through the TotalMed app for the remainder of your assignment.
A very small number of clinicians may need to move to TNAA mid-assignment, but if that applies to you, we’ll contact you directly.

TNAA will have slightly different processes than TotalMed, but we will communicate the specifics in advance of your first assignment managed through the TNAA platform.
Yes. Your current recruiter is now part of the unified team.
Going forward, you’ll work with one primary recruiter. We’ll determine that internally and make sure you’re supported by the best point of contact for your future assignments.
No. Your assignment history will remain in the TotalMed platform. We’re only importing your profile information. Assignment and payroll records will stay in TotalMed.
Your next assignment will be managed through the TNAA platform, so you should claim your TNAA account by clicking here and selecting “Get Access Link”.
Once you’re logged in, navigate to TNAA’s job search and search for jobs. If you’re logged in, you can create a saved search to receive notifications when new jobs are posted. Once you’ve found a job that interests you, click “I’m Interested” from the job details page to send a notification to your recruiter.
All job notifications on the TotalMed platform will need to be recreated on the TNAA platform. Just log in and navigate to TNAA’s job search to save a search and set up notifications!
If possible, we’ll import your compliance documents from TotalMed. Before your next assignment, a QA Specialist will review your file and contact you if anything needs to be re-submitted.
If you’re currently on a TotalMed assignment, no action is needed right now. You’ll continue to be paid weekly on Fridays. Before your first TNAA assignment, our Payroll team will send you all the details you need.
They’ll remain available in UKG for 30 days after your assignment ends and in the TotalMed app.

If you contributed to a 401(k) or had health insurance through TotalMed, you should have received an email from our benefits team. Didn’t see it? Reach out to your recruiter for help.
All pending reimbursements, etc. will be paid out through the existing TotalMed process. Reimbursements for your future assignments will be handled through the TNAA platform.
TNAA provides best-in-class benefits to support you on every assignment. If you have benefits through TotalMed in 2025, you will be offered those same benefits if you take an assignment prior to January 1st, 2026. If you didn’t have benefits through TotalMed in 2025, you will be offered the TNAA benefits package.
