What I love most about recruiting is the opportunity to make a positive impact on someone’s financial situation while helping them achieve their career goals.

Do You Have Any Personal Connections to Nursing or Allied Health?

Healthcare runs deep in my family. My siblings have dedicated their careers to the medical field, and my youngest sister has been an RN, BSN Pediatric Nurse for over 25 years. This personal connection gives me a deep appreciation for the work healthcare professionals do and strengthens my commitment to supporting them through my recruiting career.

What Does the Nursing/Allied Industry Mean to You?

The nursing industry means dedication, compassion, and resilience. It represents the backbone of healthcare and the professionals who show up every day to care for others, often putting patients first in the most challenging circumstances. Supporting nurses through my recruiting work is something I take great pride in.

Personal Background:

Born and raised in Florida, I currently reside in Orlando with my husband. I’m a proud mom of two amazing adult sons—one who serves in the military and the other works in law enforcement. I couldn’t be prouder of them and the paths they’ve chosen to serve our community and country!
