I’ve always been drawn to people and genuine connections. I stepped into my first management role at 20, hiring and leading teams while discovering how much I enjoyed helping others grow. After that, I spent four years in sales, which strengthened my communication skills and deepened my passion for building relationships.

What Do You Love—or Get Most Excited About—In Recruitment?

I’m passionate about guiding nurses toward the jobs that truly feel like home. Hearing their travel stories, their triumphs, and even their crazy shift moments is my favorite part of what I do. I’m a people-lover through and through, and this career lets me connect with incredible healthcare professionals across the country every single day. Building real relationships and watching nurses grow in their journeys is what makes this role so meaningful to me. Every nurse professional I work with has their own story, their own “why,” and their own impact on the patients they serve. Being part of their journey, helping them find roles where they feel valued, supported, and fulfilled, is incredibly meaningful to me. I’ve met some of the most amazing people in the industry, and many of us have even become friends. I couldn’t be more thankful!

This industry reminds me daily that the work we do matters. It’s not just about filling a position; it’s about contributing to better patient outcomes, stronger teams, and healthier communities. Personal Background:

Well, outside of work, I have four dogs: a bullmastiff (couch potato), a cane corso (who is scared of his own shadow), and two huskies. They take up plenty of my time for hobbies! And I’m an avid sport motorcycle rider, I was riding bikes before I started driving cars.
