About Bailey
Professional Background:
I have a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a master’s degree in applied leadership for teaching and learning, which has given me a strong background in supporting the learning of others. As a recruiter, I help individuals achieve their goals and become their personal advocate to find the position they want. By providing consistent communication throughout the entire process, I am here to support and guide candidates.
What Do You Love—or Get Most Excited About—In Recruitment?
I love helping others find a job that really aligns with their goals! Supporting travelers throughout their job search and during their assignment allows me to know them well and support all aspects of their job.
Do You Have Any Personal Connections to Nursing or Allied Health?
I do have a number of personal nursing connections. My aunt is a retiring faculty member and administrator at Nicolet College in Wisconsin, previously serving as the Medical Assistant Instructor and Program Director, a Nursing faculty member, and, currently, as the Dean of Health Occupations. Candy’s passion to teach future medical practitioners truly impacts the health care community in Northern Wisconsin.
What Does the Nursing/Allied Industry Mean to You?
Having quality health care allows our entire community to thrive! I value the dedication and commitment that nurses bring to the care of all individuals. Their compassion and dedication are what allow us to stay safe and healthy! I am grateful for all nurses!
