About Brian
Professional Background:
I have a strong background in sales and leadership. I spent time in management and marketing roles where I developed skills in communication, relationship-building, and driving results. I’ve consistently been recognized for performance in sales environments and take pride in helping people reach both their financial and career goals.
What Do You Love—or Get Most Excited About—In Recruitment?
What excites me most about recruitment is the impact. Whether it’s helping someone land a contract that changes their financial situation or just guiding them through a stressful process, I enjoy being part of that win for them. It’s not just about filling roles; it’s about helping people move forward in their lives.
Do You Have Any Personal Connections to Nursing or Allied Health?
Yes, I’m currently pursuing a career in nursing myself, which gives me a unique perspective when working with healthcare professionals. It helps me better understand the demands of the job and connect more authentically with the people I’m recruiting.
What Does the Nursing/Allied Industry Mean to You?
To me, the nursing field is the backbone of the healthcare system. Nurses are the ones consistently at the bedside, advocating for patients and making real-time decisions that impact outcomes. Supporting that workforce, even from a recruiting standpoint, is something I take seriously.
Nurse Appreciation Stories and Special Shout-Outs:
I’d like to give a shout-out to the nurses who cared for my mom during one of the most difficult times in my life. Their compassion, patience, and support made an incredibly hard situation more manageable for my family, and it’s something I’ll always remember.
Personal Background:
I’m based in Chicago and a huge sports fan, especially the Chicago teams and the New York Jets. If there’s a big game on, I’m probably watching it. Outside of that, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé, Pedro, trying new restaurants, and being out in the city.
