About Hannah

Professional Background:

I have been in the recruiting industry for almost two years, focused completely on travel nurse recruiting. I’ve built strong pipelines and have consistently been recognized for my communication, relationship-building, and ability to match candidates quickly and accurately! I take pride in being a reliable, solution-focused partner for my nurses!

What Do You Love—or Get Most Excited About—In Recruitment?

What excites me most about recruitment is the relationship side of it. I love supporting nurses, understanding what they’re looking for, and helping them find contracts that truly fit their goals and lifestyle. It’s rewarding to be part of their journey and to know I’m helping make their lives easier- whether it’s their first assignment or their tenth. I also love the pace, problem-solving, and being able to celebrate wins with my travelers.

Do You Have Any Personal Connections to Nursing or Allied Health?

I have a few close friends who are nurses, so I’ve seen firsthand the dedication and compassion they bring to their work. It’s always fun when my travelers mention working alongside someone I know- those little full-circle moments remind me how small and connected the healthcare world really is.

What Does the Nursing/Allied Industry Mean to You?

To me, the nursing industry represents compassion, resilience, and the kind of selfless service that truly impacts lives!

Personal Background:

I live in Minnesota with my husband and our son! Outside of work, I love interior design, spending time with my family, and anything that lets me be creative. I’m very community-oriented, and I love connecting with people and building genuine relationships!

Hannah did an exceptional job walking me through the steps and explaining things. She was very kind and patient with me throughout the process which was very appreciated during the transition. This is my first travel assignment and I felt more prepared and comfortable then expected. In the beginning she wasn't pushy but very open and receptive to what I was looking for. Hard to explain but she really just came off so genuine and like a friend...which made it easy to trust the process. I would want to keep her as a recruiter for any future assignments and would highly recommend her to others looking to do a travel assignment. She is awesome!
