The relationships! Hands down. Connecting to people and serving such a huge purpose to support someone in a way that helps them develop themselves, achieve their goals, or protect their livelihood is so meaningful to me.

What Does the Nursing/Allied Industry Mean to You?

Healthcare in general is close to my heart. When I first started out in life, I studied to enter the medical field. It unfortunately didn’t work out, but being in a position to do what I love as a recruiter, with the added bonus of supporting those who do so much for others every day in a field that I have always been passionate about, is such a blessing and creates an impact.

Personal Background:

I am originally from Utah but am now a proud local of Southern California. I have lived here for 5 years and have always been an ocean boho girl at heart. I am the oldest of 10, 5 sisters, and 4 brothers. I am into all things active. Hiking, weightlifting, dance, pilates, fishing, surfing, fourwheeling, you name it… I love it. I have been an athlete most of my life. Anything with the opportunity to compete, inspire, and develop myself and others is my real passion.
