What Do You Love—or Get Most Excited About—In Recruitment?
I’ve loved getting to interact and connect with so many different people along the way. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is learning each traveler’s unique “why” behind choosing a travel contract. Being their strongest advocate—before, during, and after an assignment—is always my top priority. I love supporting first-time travelers as they navigate something new, just as much as I enjoy helping seasoned travelers find their next perfect opportunity.
Do You Have Any Personal Connections to Nursing or Allied Health?
I’ve worked as an in-home caregiver. Family members who are nurses, physician assistants, and cardiologists.
What Does the Nursing/Allied Industry Mean to You?
I think nursing is the perfect mix of skill and heart. Nurses show up for people on their toughest days, and my job is to make sure they feel supported, valued, and set up to thrive. The industry is full of people who genuinely want to help others, and I’m grateful to play even a small part in that.
Personal Background:
When I’m not working, I love spending time with family and friends, traveling with my fiancé, reading, exercising, and playing volleyball. Most of my vacations consist of relaxing by the beach, catching some sun, but every once in a while, I trade the sand for a good hike and some exploring in Colorado or Montana!
