About Krystle

Krystle is a Recruiting Specialist whose passion for creating meaningful connections with travel nurses is evident in her recruiting role. With a decade-long background as a Scrub Tech working alongside a cosmetic surgeon in Little Rock and four years in sales, Krystle brings a wealth of knowledge and empathy to her role. Her commitment to healthcare is deeply personal, as she understands firsthand the importance of feeling appreciated in healthcare.

Krystle is dedicated to finding the perfect fit for each traveler to thrive and provide exceptional patient care. With a sister who is an oncology RN and her mother who was a home health aide, Krystle knows the demands of the industry and holds a profound respect for nurses and their impact on patients’ lives, emphasizing that their care and compassion deserve constant appreciation.

Outside of work, Krystle, a music aficionado, enjoys spending time with her family, her two daughters, Madison and Lilly, and her other half, Bryant. Together, they enjoy exploring Arkansas’s haunted spots and soaking in the beauty of places like Mount Nebo, the Ozarks, and Hot Springs. Krystle also shares her home with two beloved cats, Oliver and Casper.
