About Laura

Laura Freiberger has been in healthcare recruiting since 2023. In her role prior to TNAA, she quickly rose to become a top producer on her team, staying in step with industry changes and market trends to support her team of nurses. Before entering the world of recruiting, Laura worked as an office manager in a dental practice, where she utilized her sales savvy and communication skills to guide patients through complex treatment plans. She also served as operations manager for a well-known local salon, where she led team development and managed day-to-day operations with a focus on enhancing customer experience.

For her, recruiting is about making genuine, lasting connections based on trust and transparency. She knows that every traveler has their own story, and she’s committed to listening to their goals and matching them with opportunities where they feel truly supported.

With her husband working as an Emergency Department manager in Louisville (after starting his career as a tech), Laura has a personal window into the highs and challenges nurses face every day. That firsthand connection deepens her appreciation for the dedication and heart that healthcare professionals bring to their work. It also drives her to be the kind of recruiter who always shows up, communicates clearly, and helps travelers feel heard and valued.

Laura lives just outside Louisville in Southern Indiana with her husband and their three kids (ages 16, 6, and 2). Life is busy, joyful, and usually outdoors, whether it’s soaking up the sun, trying new foods, or chasing little ones through a backyard adventure. When she carves out time for herself, it’s usually on the Peloton or deep into a good book.
