About Lindsey

Professional Background:

I have a long history within the service industry, so great service is part of my DNA. Over the last 10 years, I have also worked in the fields of construction, Fine Arts handling and management, carpentry, education, and interior design, so it’s seamless for me to strike up a conversation with just about anyone about anything.

What Do You Love—or Get Most Excited About—In Recruitment?

I come to work every day feeling so fortunate to have the privilege of helping passionate clinicians advance their careers and make their goals a reality. Finding genuine connections and providing support to those who help so many people every day is truly a gift.

Do You Have Any Personal Connections to Nursing or Allied Health?

Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends of mine are nurses and allied professionals, so I’ve always had a great appreciation for them and everything they do.

What Does the Nursing/Allied Industry Mean to You?

To me, allied healthcare is about connecting skilled professionals with the patients and communities that need them the most. Every placement represents an opportunity to make a real impact for patients, clinicians, and facilities alike.

Nurse Appreciation Stories and Special Shout-Outs:

My father recently had emergency shoulder replacement surgery due to an injury, and watching the way the allied and nursing staff came to his aid in such a hectic and scary period was nothing short of amazing. Seeing the way CT Techs, Rad Techs, Physical Therapists, and the entire nursing staff came to his aid gave me a newfound awareness and appreciation for these humans and everything they do, so getting to help them in any way I can brings me great joy every day.

Personal Background:

I am a coastal Floridian and absolutely love anything ocean-, lake-, spring-, or animal-related. In my free time, I dabble in building and refurbishing furniture and surfing garage sales.
