About Lucas

After earning his degree from Michigan State University, Lucas completed his MBA at Eastern Michigan University. Since then, he has held sales and marketing roles, developing a passion for cross-collaboration, problem-solving, and workflow automations. Once he started traveling with his wife, a nurse, he found a new sense of purpose: helping healthcare professionals make the most of the travel lifestyle.

Lucas brings a unique perspective to recruitment because he’s lived it—from finding housing to exploring new cities between assignments. His wife, Leah, is not only the greatest nurse he knows but also his best friend and travel companion. After getting engaged during a travel assignment in Washington, the two were married in a summer camp wedding—the perfect backdrop to showcase their love for the outdoors. Lucas has a deep understanding of the heart and hustle that go into healthcare and considers it an honor to support those doing the work.

Lucas currently lives life on the move with Leah and their two dogs: an adorable King Charles Cavalier Spaniel and a destructive Doberman. When he’s not recruiting or traveling, you’ll find him on the pickleball court, planning his next road trip, or being lovingly called out by Leah for being a big baby (she’s an ER nurse, so she knows).
