About Mallorie

Professional Background:

I have been a recruiter since November 2021. I became a senior recruiter in December of 2022. I was a member of the President’s Club in 2023. I started at Medical Staffing Solutions LLC, merged with TotalMed, and now with TNAA. I have a niche in Hawaii contracts, but I do help with all locations.

What Do You Love—or Get Most Excited About—In Recruitment?

I love the excitement that comes with locking in a dream contract. Helping people cross things off their bucket list is always so fun and rewarding. I also love seeing and hearing about the connections travelers make on their contracts. I have seen/heard about lifelong friendships forming, relationships starting, I have a few travelers married to someone they met on assignment, babies from relationships started on assignment, etc. It’s really cool to see how travel assignments alter lives.

Do You Have Any Personal Connections to Nursing or Allied Health?

I am actually surrounded by nurses on a lot of levels. I have multiple family members, and all of my high school friends went on to be nurses or doctors. I am so appreciative of their hard work and dedication.

What Does the Nursing/Allied Industry Mean to You?

To me, the nursing and allied health industry is the heart of healthcare. A network of people who truly change lives through their compassion, skill, and unwavering commitment to caring. Their dedication inspires me, and as a recruiter, I’m honored to support them by connecting them with roles that empower their careers and make the greatest impact on patient outcomes.

Personal Background:

I am from the Midwest and have spent most of my life in Indiana and Kentucky. I am married and have a golden retriever named Nash that takes up all of my attention when I am not working. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, being outside, boating, or being near a body of water. I enjoy being creative and decorating.
