About Paul
Professional Background:
I have been a Travel Nurse recruiter for 11 years. I have a great passion for it and love coming into work every day. I am very responsive at all hours of the day, so no one is left waiting for an answer. I’ve maintained a 4.98-star rating out of 5 on Great Recruiter.
What Do You Love—or Get Most Excited About—In Recruitment?
My favorite aspect of being a travel nursing recruiter is getting nurses to locations they’ve always wanted to visit.
Do You Have Any Personal Connections to Nursing or Allied Health?
My Mother is a nurse back home, and my grandmother was a nurse for 40 years, so I’ve always felt I’ve been destined to work with nurses in some capacity.
What Does the Nursing/Allied Industry Mean to You?
To me, the nursing industry represents the heart of healthcare—where knowledge, compassion, and human connection come together to make a real difference in people’s lives. The industry also symbolizes growth and lifelong learning. Medicine is always evolving, and nurses grow with it—developing new skills, adapting to new technologies, and constantly improving the care they provide.
Nurse Appreciation Stories and Special Shout-Outs:
Special shoutout to my nurse Mother. I watched her work long nights and weekends. and holidays, all while raising me. Her work ethic was instilled in me from a young age, and the appreciation I have for nurses will be something I carry with me forever. Thanks for everything, Mom!
Personal Background:
I was born and raised in Appleton, WI. For the last 6 years, I have resided in Minneapolis, MN. When I am not working, you can find me playing with my dog Tucker, golfing with friends, or cheering on all Wisconsin sports teams. GO PACK GO.
