What Do You Love—or Get Most Excited About—In Recruitment?
Recruiting to me is 100% about the personal rapport and connections I have been fortunate enough to build with the travelers I’ve worked with over the years. Prior to this role, I was in an industry that felt cold and robotic. I love being able to get to know new people from all walks of life and help them provide the best care they can. That truly gives my work meaning!
What Does the Nursing/Allied Industry Mean to You?
The nursing industry is a critical foundation to our society. Quite simply, we could not function without those who care for us in our times of need. These individuals need to be recognized, supported, and cared for in the same way they work tirelessly for their patients.
Personal Background:
I was born and raised in Minnesota and currently live in the Minneapolis metro area. When I’m not working, you can find me at the gym, reading a book or coloring, venturing to new restaurants with friends, or travelling to new destinations (ideally to the beach!)
