About Samantha
Professional Background:
I’ve been recruiting in nursing and allied health since 2014, helping both new and seasoned travelers land solid assignments across the country. I move fast, in a way that gives you confidence. I’ve got your back and will help secure your next assignment without missing a beat. I keep it honest, make sure no opportunity slips by, and always aim to be someone my travelers can truly count on.
What Do You Love—or Get Most Excited About—In Recruitment?
The best part of this job is helping a nurse land their dream assignment; hearing the excitement in their voice never gets old. I love being the person in their corner, whether it’s negotiating pay, finding the right fit, or just answering late-night questions
Do You Have Any Personal Connections to Nursing or Allied Health?
This career hits close to home; some of my closest family and friends are nurses or allied health pros. I’ve grown up hearing their stories, the highs and the hard days, so I truly get the grind. I know the lingo, the humor, the stress, and the heart it takes. It’s why I care so much and why I show up every day ready to go to bat for my travelers.
What Does the Nursing/Allied Industry Mean to You?
To me, this industry is personal. Nurses and allied professionals are the ones holding it all together, showing up day after day with heart, grit, and insane skill. I’ve seen it firsthand through my own family and friends in healthcare, and that’s why I care so deeply about what I do.
Personal Background:
When I’m not working, I’m soaking up life in Northern California, coaching my nephew’s soccer team, tackling walking challenges, or listening to audiobooks. In the summer, you’ll find me kayaking; in the winter, snowboarding. But my favorite role by far is Aunt — nothing beats cheering on my five nieces and nephews at their games, recitals, and school plays. They’re my biggest inspiration and the reason behind everything I do.
