With over 15 years of recruiting experience spanning higher education and healthcare, Shaye Harrison brings deep knowledge, empathy, and drive to every traveler she supports. She thrives on helping people make life-changing decisions—and considers it a true privilege to play a role in those pivotal career moments. Her recruiting style is grounded in trust, communication, and an unwavering commitment to the people she serves.

For Shaye, healthcare is personal. Her mother was a med-surg telemetry and research nurse, and her cousin is currently traveling on assignment with TNAA. When her own son was born prematurely, it was the NICU nurses at Emory Midtown who helped carry her family through those first critical months. She’ll never forget their compassion and skill—and it’s that same appreciation that fuels her commitment to the allied travelers she supports every day.

Shaye lives in Atlanta, GA, where she’s a proud boy mom who loves DIY projects. Outside of work you’ll find her hiking up Stone Mountain, relishing the challenge of Shaye Vs. The Mountain (who wins the day?). When she’s not whipping up award-winning chili, she’s finding new parks to explore, embarking on a road trip, or relaxing with a great movie.
