What Do You Love—or Get Most Excited About—In Recruitment?

I genuinely get excited when I connect with people for the first time and learn their story. I imagine sitting across from a nurse with a cup of coffee, talking through their career journey—the highs, the lows, and the moments we might have in common.

Do You Have Any Personal Connections to Nursing or Allied Health?

My mom and my boyfriend’s mom were both RNs for many years, and my best friend now practices the profession as well.

What Does the Nursing/Allied Industry Mean to You?

To me, the nursing industry is ultimately about supporting the people who care for others during their most vulnerable moments. Nurses are the backbone of healthcare, and I’m grateful to be part of an industry that helps connect them with meaningful work and the opportunities they deserve.

Personal Background:

As I type this, I live in Chandler, Arizona—but by the time you read this, I’ll be back home in Houston after three years away. I’m a Southern girl at heart, with family roots stretching from Texas to Louisiana.
