Professional Background:

I started my career in travel nurse recruiting right out of college and have been with TNAA ever since. In that time, I’ve developed experience in full-cycle recruiting with a strong focus on building genuine relationships. I enjoy helping nurses find assignments that align with both their professional goals and personal needs.

What Do You Love—or Get Most Excited About—In Recruitment?

What excites me most about recruitment is building relationships with nurses and helping them find assignments that are the right fit for their goals and lifestyle. I love hearing about their experiences once they’re on assignment and knowing I had a role in getting them there. It’s rewarding to also know that the work we do helps support hospitals in need and the patients they care for.

Do You Have Any Personal Connections to Nursing or Allied Health?

I have several friends who are nurses, which has given me a personal perspective on the hard work and dedication they put into their roles every day. It has helped me develop a deeper appreciation for the profession and everything it entails!

Personal Background:

I’m based in Appleton, WI, where I grew up before heading to the University of Alabama for college (Roll Tide!). I graduated with a degree in marketing and eventually moved back home to Wisconsin. Outside of work, I love traveling, golfing in the warmer months, and going to concerts whenever I get the chance, as well as cheering on my favorite sports teams.
