What Do You Love—or Get Most Excited About—In Recruitment?

What excites me most about recruiting is finding the next assignment for anyone traveling with me. It can be challenging, but it is so rewarding to help someone move towards the next chapter of their life. Pair that with knowing that wherever they go, they are going there to make a difference and help individuals who truly need that care and compassion, what is there not be excited about?

Nursing is vital to the overall health and structure of our world population as a whole. It is one of the most important fields. It provides the care that so many people need to survive and lead healthy, productive lives. Nursing is the lifeblood of our modern-day society.

Nurse Appreciation Stories and Special Shout-Outs

I have a special relationship with anyone who has traveled to Hawaii for an assignment with me. There is a lot that goes into this, on both sides. You really do have to form a deeper relationship. There is a lot of trust that needs to be had to dive into something like a contract in Hawaii. I just want to thank anyone who has allowed me to help them on that journey.

Personal Background:

I like to consider myself a pretty simple person. I live on Maui, in Hawaii, and I spend a lot of my time just enjoying everything about where I live. The locations, the food, and the people all create a one-of-a-kind environment. I also play a card game called Magic the Gathering and have become part of a large community here on Maui.
