Kristen is a seasoned recruiter who brings 20 years of industry experience to the table. She loves helping travelers fulfill their dreams of traveling around the world doing what they love while advancing their careers. It’s clear that travel nurses love working with Kristen -- she was named recruiter of the year in 2007 and has very high retention and referral rates. Kristen resides in San Diego with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she and her family love traveling and spending time at the beach!
April has been a successful recruiter for more than 17 years. Recognized for her immense talent among her peers, April has trained a number of other recruiters, as well as senior directors and vice presidents. Her loyal following of travelers are regularly impressed with her responsiveness and consistency. April goes above and beyond to make sure her nurses have everything they need to be successful, and they appreciate her patience and thoroughness in every part of the assignment process. April lives in San Diego, CA.
James brings a wealth of experience to the TNAA recruiting team with 30 years in the staffing industry. As a Certified Personnel Consultant, James has extensive knowledge in recruiting and hiring best practices and is committed to receiving ongoing training. His favorite part of his career in travel nurse recruiting is having a positive impact on people’s lives. This is reflected daily in his dedication to his nurses’ success, which extends well beyond normal working hours as he stays available to answer questions long after he leaves his desk. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, poker and working with the reigning state champions, the Charlotte Catholic High School football program in Charlotte, NC.
Christina joined the TNAA team this year and her seven years of experience in the industry, positive attitude and dedication to her travelers has made her a wonderful addition! Christina's favorite part of her job is getting to work with a variety of people to help them find the perfect assignment to further their careers. She takes pride in helping every nurse navigate their travel nursing adventures and having a positive impact on their lives. Personally, she enjoys spending time with her two-year-old son and when she has time, she loves to hit the golf course. Christina resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Jordan’s 7+ years in the travel nursing industry, outgoing personality, and commitment to every nurse he works with make him a recruiter of choice. He thrives on building relationships with the nurses he works with and loves that he has even developed life-long friendships with some of the nurses he’s placed on assignments. Jordan resides in Houston, Texas, and enjoys being outdoors with his dogs, Charlie and Crosby, traveling, good food, and wine.
