TNAA’s Partnership With First Stop Health

We know taking the first step on your mental wellness journey is sometimes the hardest part, and we wanted to make it easier. First Stop Health is a mental wellness resource provided through TNAA that is entirely free for all our travelers and corporate staff. Anyone in your household can receive help through First Stop Health at no cost, and you don’t need to have TNAA’s insurance to access this benefit.

First Stop Health puts you in contact with a licensed counselor for short-term sessions as they help you navigate life’s difficult situations. When using First Stop Health, you’ll talk with a counselor specializing in your area of need, such as depression and anxiety, personal or professional stress, substance abuse, family and relationship issues, and more. These counselors can connect you with resources within your insurance network for long-term care as well. Access this service on your time – day or night shift – and through the method that works best for you, including by phone, email, or app.

TNAA’s Chaplain Program

As an extension of our TNAA staff, we offer our travelers support through the Chaplain Assistance Program, a partnership with Corporate Chaplains of America.

Whether it’s a personal life issue or you’re struggling with grief and trauma from work, TNAA’s chaplains are a shoulder to lean on, a source of nondenominational spiritual care, or simply a listening ear.

Clinical Support

TNAA’s RN-led Clinical Department works to make sure our travelers have what they need to be successful, from onboarding to career coaching. They also offer professional and emotional support.

As travelers themselves, our clinical directors can empathize with your struggles. So, if you want to talk to people who genuinely understand what it’s like on the floor, reach out!
