We want healthcare professionals to easily envision themselves as TNAA travelers and to know you’re welcome here. You can travel at any stage of life, and you’ll have a team supporting you along the way. Here are answers to questions you might have before becoming a traveler.
You can be a traveler at ANY age. In fact, the more experience you have, the more marketable you are to hospitals. To be a TNAA traveler, you have to have at least 1-2 years of experience in the specialty in which you want to travel. You’ll also need to provide references and documentation of licenses and certifications.
Need certain licenses or certifications you don’t yet have? Our QA team can help you with that.
Absolutely! We know one of the fears of becoming a traveler is leaving behind the benefits you had as a hospital’s permanent staff. TNAA offers an industry-leading benefits package that supports you and your loved ones physically, mentally, and financially. From paid sick leave nationwide to mental wellness resources that are free to use, we’re proud of our benefits, and we’re constantly evaluating what we can add to serve you better.

One of the most daunting parts of becoming a healthcare traveler is finding new housing with each assignment. TNAA’s housing department is filled with expert specialists who can help you find the right place to stay in a quick-grab market.
Sure can! Several travelers do it. Some of them are adventurous and pack the whole family, pets included, into an RV as they tour the country, but our housing department can also work with you to secure accommodations that fit you and any traveling companion.
